Ranking of universities is done on different parameters on regular basis by different organizations. The rankings are done in various ways. It is impossible to say how result-oriented they are but they are always accepted by everyone as a fact. They rank Universities of any given region according to the preference of the students' community as 'all time favorites' and on several other positive aspects.
